This one is a little more stealthy, it is something that you would or will see at others sites and Blogs. They use this concept or something along this line.

Hey I wont lie this takes up a lot of my time and it takes sometimes a couple of years to get your traffic up to a point, that ads alone if ever will support the site and its needs. But remember if your going to use ads and Affiliates. Use everything that Google and these other sites offer you.

You must read and learn from their text. As I have been saying I have some troubles within this area of their programs and now Google and these others sites are using Video instructions to aide in learning for us impaired persons such as myself and countless others.

We can read and we can get the info and we most of the time learn it better than the average reader, but it is very hard, and time consuming, and it is stressful because of the desire of the knowledge we desire to get in the time we wish to get it, and the way most of us old timers were taught.

If we were lucky to be taught at all, for back in the day we were lazy and unteachable. But in fact we were most likely frustrated or board out of our goards. I was taught how to gleam the knowledge with my personal disabilities, but yet the volume of materials to be read and Oh it is so much that is there to be read. It is over whelming at times.

This is why I believe we need to go back to or implement the trade school and the apprenticeship programs, after grade school is taught. Well thanks for the read and letting me blow off steam. I feel much better now then an hour ago. This looks like it might be a battery issue here. And that is within my price range I hope.

I am going to leave these donate buttons up for awhile as I could and may still need the help to improve and grow as I go.

Yes I am having troubles keeping this up and going as well as growing. I lost one of my computers today and I need a hard drive for my stand by. And  it looks like this old monitor is about to go as well.

That will put me back in the Library which will only allow me about 240mins a day which I will only get to use about half if I am lucky. I am looking for some equipment on-line at Ebay and I am finding some good matches for my old equipment, but I truly need some new to begin to grow.

They are just out of my range as of this month and next and maybe the one after that. This will at the very least Slow me way down agian If not break my spirit. And new is only a pipe dream as of late But I now I'll manage I always do. With some good old Prayers, I always do.

I might be able to borrow one, if I am lucky. I will be looking into it here tomorrow. Ah the furstations of being poorly equiped for the job your wants are one thing, but your needs are another.

Needs be I'll be on my knees and asking of the Father this next few days. What I did was to put a Donate button at the bottom of this One page. Please forgive me for doing so. Don't be afraid to share your traffic with your friends and those you follow many will tell you they only rob your traffic if they do so be it the person that is finding them then may come back to find others and see what else you got that they can use. Well I've did some much needed maintence here. I fixed some things and I got a lot yet to do I know, but hey I am only one guy with a multiply personality complex disorder ;o) But all kidding aside I got some work done.

I don't know how or what has been keeping me going as I lost my notes and I need to create a new and updated plan with a set of monthly goals. I wanted touch base with you all and let you know I will be creating these things all over again for this coming year's end and next year very soon.

August marks this Website first full year in operation as a Passive income streamed Website with multiple income earning streams. This site is tied together with Three domains  three Blogs Three Social networking Sites and a host of support Sites such as book markers and indexers.

The site is now using several Widgets from Widgetbox.com all currently have ads enabled on them because they are free widgets. This is all Widgetboxes income stream and not this Site's stream. The Site has sevral Affiliations Streams and a host of buttons and badges along with a host of text links. 

All of these together create a Traffic Wheel and not a Link Wheel. the difference between the two is one traps and the other frees the visitor to move in and out of the Website.

I have created some E-Books poetry chap books types at Bopkemon.com and they are here as well as a potential income stream which like my ad spaces have not yet taken off or started to trickle yet. These E-books can be order as hard copied Book as well through Bookemon.com.

Well keep coming back it seems to be working and growing although it be a slow growth it is growing.

I have set a five day a week posting schedule I don't know if or how long I will stick to it but I have created one for my self it consists of ten 35 min cyclings and two 45 min cyclings with a 40 minute lunch break in between the two cyclings which makes up an eight hour work week schedule. 

But we will have to see how it goes. I haven't been able to stick to it to well today as I am testing it out. it may take me a few days to get into a swing and set the right sites for the correct time slots alotted.

I want to do this as a precusror for an employee's daily schedule and to limit my time to a normal work week for awhile in hopes to boost traffic and followers and friends realtionships.

The sites Web Host Fatcow has been secured for another year along with Its three domains and back ups. I'll need to come up with some money for the Site Lock badge, here soon as well and If and/or when I get a product that requires my own Shopping Cart I'll be looking to get an anti-virus and an SSL security badge for the site.

Stopping bye to let you ya all know what is what. I have been repostioning some of my ads and tweaking the sites content some. I will be putting up some new content soon about my Pay Per Click Publishers and why I am using them and how they compare too each other, along with some of their features.

The site is getting steady traffic once again, not yet enough to pull in the big time advertisers, but enough to go out and give local businesses a talk on given it a try, at selling their products with a ad spot or two. The daily avg. hits are high, but the visits are still on the low side. About 265 visits on avearage a day and 3,200 a month for last June.

I am still working  a lot with Hubpages and will for the rest of this month of July as I try to increase my followers there. I will be doing some new things shortly in about the middle of Aug, but I feel it is all important to even out the spokes of my Traffic wheel.  I went to Hubpages last as it is an American heavy hitter and most of its traffic is here in the US.

Wikinut is mostly in the UK and Triond is mostly in the Eastern parts of the world. Triond and Hubpages both pay in US dollars and wikinut in Euro's.

My Dot Net is the leader now and the Dot Org is trailing so I will be devoting some time in trying to get them to even out again. And hopfully bring them down together, if at all possible. I think some of this is due to that some of the Search Engines only allow two domains per the One site, to appear in the seach engines list of findings.

While they crawl the Main Domain. I'll have to check back into what is happening with their fluxuations and postionings, because they have totally done a Flip Flop on me. CYA TTFN

Well its been a year now as of July 3rd 2011 its been a year wow. My, time flys by when your having fun. I hope it slows down when I start to make an income.

At least an income that can and will sustain me and my wants and needs. I am making pennies still as of one year, But remember it is not the first seasons we are concerned with. We are waiting for the maturity of or site.

Mine, she has not yet come of age and I don't think she will any time soon. It will take as long as it takes. For we are both growing together. But she has made many transformations already.

When I learn and remember to implament what I learn, she grows. Some things cause no appart out comes and others cause growth spurts. The Alexa link is a benifical link for you learn to use it.

If you take the time to understand the research they make availble to you about your site and its competitors. The facebook insights information as well as are Triond's little informations sections. If your sites offer these informations learn as much as you can about what they mean.They will start to mean something to you If you view them as often as you can.

I have placed a new Amazon Widget on the E-book page it is a list of ten books I has skimmed over and use over this past year, but when I can afford to create my own library. I will be getting these as well as many others from many different Authors.

And now my accounts are set and ready to start recieving funds when my limits are met.  Which might be another six or seven months. I hope not, but it might take me this long to grow more followers and increase my foot prints, which will create the paths and the traffic to my sites. Those with monetization upon them, as they are not all yet monetized.
